EAE upgrades KBA press for Prinovis

Prinovis is investing in its Ahrensburg site: a TR10B/360 press which was disassembled and stored two years ago in Darmstadt is now being re-installed in Ahrensburg and brought up to date technically.

Ewert Ahrensburg Electronic (EAE), which has recently re-joined ERA, will supply the control technology, marking its return to the gravure market segment in which it was active in the 80s and 90s.

The order includes renewal of the entire aggregate control, two new state-of-the-art control consoles, a press presetting system, an information system, and the installation and commissioning of the entire press. The existing drive technology will be kept, revised and adapted to new requirements.
